Welcome to KIDS SCHOOL, an educational mobile application developed by Nasir Tech ("we", "us", or "our"). This Privacy Policy explains our commitment to transparency and how information is handled when you download and use our app (Application ID: com.kidsschool.app) on the Google Play Store.

KIDS SCHOOL is designed to provide a fun, safe, and engaging learning environment for toddlers, preschoolers, and young children to explore ABC Learning, Numbers Quiz, Animals, Colors & Shapes, Fruits & Vegetables, Days & Months, Body Parts, ABC Tracing, and Memory Match.

We encourage parents, guardians, and teachers to review this policy together with the children in their care. By downloading or using KIDS SCHOOL, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

🔍 1. Information We Collect

KIDS SCHOOL does NOT collect any personally identifiable information (PII).

• No Account Required: Children and parents can use the entire app without creating an account, registering, or logging in.
• No Personal Details: We do not ask for, collect, or process names, email addresses, ages, birthdates, phone numbers, photos, or physical addresses.
• No Location Data: We do not access, track, collect, or store your GPS or network location.
• No Device Sensors or Media: We do not access your camera, microphone, photo gallery, or device storage files.

⚙️ 2. How We Use Information

Because KIDS SCHOOL does not collect personal data, no personal information is stored, processed, or transmitted to any server.

• Local Gameplay & Progress: Educational quiz scores, learning progress, sound preferences, language settings, and local notification scheduling information are stored purely locally in isolated storage on your device. KIDS SCHOOL does not transmit this data to our servers.
• Offline Operation & Text-to-Speech: Educational lessons, pictures, quizzes, ABC Tracing, and Memory Match are designed to operate locally on the device without requiring an active internet connection. Voice pronunciation uses the device's installed Text-to-Speech service and may depend on the language and voice packages available on the device. KIDS SCHOOL does not operate or provide its own cloud voice service.
• No Ads & No Tracking: KIDS SCHOOL does not display advertisements and contains no third-party advertising SDKs, no AdMob, no analytics SDKs, and no tracking tools. The app makes no network requests during normal educational use.

🔔 3. Educational Notifications

KIDS SCHOOL includes an on-device local notification feature to encourage daily learning habits:

• Local & On-Device: All educational notifications are generated and scheduled entirely locally on the user's device. KIDS SCHOOL does not use Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) or any cloud notification server operated by us.
• Educational & Child-Friendly: Notifications serve solely as positive, playful learning reminders for educational topics already in the app, such as ABC Learning, Numbers Quiz, Animals, Colors & Shapes, Fruits & Vegetables, Days & Months, Body Parts, ABC Tracing, and Memory Match.
• Frequency & Variety: The app may schedule a maximum of two educational notifications per day (typically one morning and one evening). Notification timing and educational topics vary to keep learning fresh and engaging.
• Local Scheduling Information: Limited scheduling information (such as scheduled reminder times and recent topic identifiers) is stored locally on the device solely to prevent immediate notification-message repetition. KIDS SCHOOL does not transmit this notification information to its own servers.
• Device Permissions: On Android 13 and later, standard system notification permission may be requested upon launching the app. This permission is optional; if notification permission is denied, all core educational learning features remain fully available and functional.
• Non-Commercial: Notifications are never used for advertising, marketing, commercial promotions, or urgent alerts.

📲 4. Share App Feature

KIDS SCHOOL includes a Share App feature within the menu to allow parents and guardians to share the app with family and friends:

• System Share Sheet: The feature utilizes the device's standard Android system share sheet to share the official Google Play Store link (https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.kidsschool.app).
• No Message Collection: KIDS SCHOOL does not collect, track, or store the text, recipients, or content of messages shared through third-party sharing applications.
• Third-Party Applications: Any information handled by a third-party application selected by the user from the system share sheet (such as WhatsApp, Messages, or Gmail) is governed by that service's own independent privacy policy. KIDS SCHOOL does not control or operate third-party messaging services.

🤝 5. Information Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, rent, or share any personal information with third-party companies, advertisers, or organizations. The only scenarios in which information is relevant are:

• Distribution Platforms: Google Play Store (the app's distributor) processes standard installation, download, and device compatibility information in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.
• Legal Compliance: We may disclose information only if required to do so by applicable law, regulation, or valid legal process, or to protect the safety and rights of our users or the public.

We never sell or disclose personal information for monetary or commercial consideration.

KIDS SCHOOL complies strictly with international child privacy standards, including the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), GDPR-K, and the Google Play Designed for Families policy.

• We do not knowingly collect, solicit, or request personal information from children under the age of 13 (or under 16 in the European Union).
• There are no user accounts, social media integrations, direct messaging, chat rooms, or communication channels with other users.
• If a parent or guardian discovers that any personal information has inadvertently been provided to us, please contact us immediately, and we will delete it promptly.

We prioritize user privacy and device security. Because KIDS SCHOOL does not transfer personal data to external servers or cloud databases, there is no risk of your personal data being exposed in external server breaches. Local app preferences, quiz progress, and notification schedules are stored safely within the app's isolated sandbox on your device.

For any correspondence you choose to send to us directly (for example, via customer support email), we apply reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

🧩 8. Third-Party Services

No third-party service used by KIDS SCHOOL collects personal information on behalf of KIDS SCHOOL:

• No Ads, No Analytics, No Firebase: KIDS SCHOOL does not display advertisements and does not integrate AdMob, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Cloud Messaging, crash-reporting SDKs, or tracking libraries.
• Device Text-to-Speech: Voice pronunciations use the device's installed Text-to-Speech (TTS) engine locally on the device without sending audio to KIDS SCHOOL servers.
• External Browser: When you open this Privacy Policy from within the app, it opens in your device's default web browser. No personal data from the app is transmitted during this action.
• System Share Sheet: When using the Share App feature, the device's native share sheet is presented. KIDS SCHOOL does not control or monitor the privacy practices of third-party applications chosen from the share sheet.

🍪 9. Cookies and Analytics

Cookies: KIDS SCHOOL is a native mobile application and does not use cookies. No cookies are stored or accessed by the app.

Analytics & Tracking: We do not use any analytics services, trackers, or behavioral profiling tools. We do not collect usage statistics about your child.

⏳ 10. Data Retention

• On-Device Data: Because KIDS SCHOOL stores settings, progress, and notification scheduling information locally on the device, no user data is retained on our servers. You can remove all locally stored app data at any time by clearing the app's data in Android Settings or by uninstalling KIDS SCHOOL from your device.
• Support Correspondence: If you contact us via support email, we retain that communication only for as long as necessary to resolve your question or inquiry, after which it is deleted.

We do not retain personal information for longer than is necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy.
